Magazine and on the E! and ABC networks. Jen loves to create wearable styles that suit the guest’s lifestyle, face shape and hair texture.

Kendyl Hughes

HAIRSTYLIST

Kendyl Hughes
Kendyl loves doing shorter, textured cuts such as pixies and bobs. She’s also very passionate about doing makeup. In fact, she built upon her training from the Aveda Institute and was certified by the Make Up First School of Makeup Artistry in Chicago. She loves connecting with her guests, no matter what the service!

Ashley Tucker

HAIRSTYLIST

Ashley Tucker
Ashley Tucker is new to Indy, as the military brought her here, and she felt right at home as soon as she saw the recycled materials on the walls of the Aveda Institute. With a passion for beauty and wellness, she graduated in March and has been hyper-focused on completing her apprenticeship since she started with us in April. Ashley will be accepting guests at a reduced rate as she hones her skills. She’s particularly interested in crafting vivid colors as well as carving out meticulous men’s cuts. If you’re in the market for a professional Aveda Artist that aims to please, book with Ashley under “New Talent”!

Marcie Baker

HAIRSTYLIST / COSMETOLOGIST

Marcie Baker
You may have met Marcie before as she’s our friendly, front desk coordinator. But she’s more than just a friendly face, she’s also a licensed cosmetologist and veteran of the industry. Marcie knows her way around hair. Marcie is practiced in the art of hair, and you’ll appreciate her old school approach when it comes to communication and helping others. If you need someone to guide you through your next hair (or life) decision, ask for Marcie!

Each year, Bambu hosts Water Warrior Yoga in Broad Ripple Park as our fundraiser to support the Hoosier Environmental Council. Our goal is to protect our local waterways by coming together as a community in the great outdoors.

We choose Aveda because we get the results we want and we demand a product that clean and environmentally mindful for ourselves and the guests we serve.
